Using S10 Brew Premium Filter Coffee Powder

Add finely ground filter coffee powder to the top chamber of a traditional South Indian coffee filter. Press gently, pour hot (not boiling) water, cover, and allow it to brew for 10–15 minutes until a rich, aromatic decoction collects below.

Heat fresh full-cream milk until it rises. Keep hot.

Add 2–3 teaspoons of decoction to a cup, add sugar to taste, and pour hot milk.

Pour back and forth between tumbler and davara to create froth.
