
The traditional way to brew authentic filter kaapi
Brew with S10's signature blend
Shop NowAdd 3 tablespoons of S10 coffee powder to the upper chamber of the filter.
Press down firmly with the pressing disc.
Pour boiling water to the brim and close the lid.
Let it drip for 12–15 minutes (or overnight for stronger decoction).
Mix 2 tbsp decoction with hot milk and sugar to taste.
Pour between two tumblers (davara) to froth and cool slightly.
For the strongest decoction, use freshly boiled water and let it drip undisturbed. The 80:20 coffee-chicory blend gives the most authentic taste.
